ALL IN, Olympus’s 2017 National Sales Meeting, needed to show the idea of a team working together to make a whole. I chose a mosaic-like theme with variations of the Olympus colors to depict diverse people coming together to execute a common goal. The logo and brand was applied to name badges, promo items, presentations, and different signage around the event space. An additional theme was also made for their “Outstanding Achievement Awards“ sales dinner.
This sales meeting would be presented to 1,400 employees, so this was months of conceptualizing, strategic planning, and creative execution for it to come together in an Atlantic City.
